our facility, we do a comprehensive analysis of the
repair work required. We work with your insurance
company to make sure your vehicle is returned to its
original condition. If after we get further into your
vehicle we find that more repair work is required, we
will work with your insurance company to get
authorization so the extra repairs will be done quickly
and correctly.

certifications through industry-sponsored training
courses and

REPAIR
PROCESS
Our technicians work
to assure that your vehicle is restored to factory
specifications. Their training and expertise go far
beyond the repair of visible damage of your
vehicle. They are trained to evaluate the extent of
damage, to assure that the repair of your vehicle is
structurally sound and meets factory
specifications.
Our certified
refinish technicians are trained to restore the exterior
of your vehicle to factory condition. We have
the equipment to apply factory sealers, base coats
and clear coats to match the original finish of your
vehicle.
Our office staff can assist in processing
insurance claims after you have contacted your
insurance company. In order to assist you we need a
claim number and insurance company information. We will
stay in contact with your insurance company during
the repair process and keep you informed of the repair
and claim
status.
